The screen turns off once the GPU is overclocked.
I was adjusting my GPU's overclocking settings and trying to determine its maximum performance. I had a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 with 8GB of RAM, gradually increasing the core clock. At around 1500mhz it stopped working instantly. The screen went black, AMD reported it had returned to default, and the system rebooted. After logging into Windows 10 everything was dark—no desktop, no icons, just darkness. The taskbar remained but showed no icons. I could still press the Windows button and run other applications in the taskbar, and the start menu functioned properly. However, AIDA 64, Hardware Info, and MSI Afterburner displayed as black when activated. I restarted again and the same issue persisted. Can someone assist me?
Success achieved! It turned out to be an unstable CPU OC. Adjusted settings in BIOS and everything worked fine.
