This situation can arise at any moment, whether I'm starting a game or opening Chrome. I've reinstalled drivers, replaced the GPU, swapped to another GPU (same outcome), and inspected the power supply using the live voltage reading on the 12V rail. I'm feeling quite confused here—any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Specs: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 8GB MSI B360 Gaming Plus, Socket-1151 Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 16GB Intel Core i7-8700 Pro Processor, 750W PSU
