I've experienced an issue for the past six months where the screen suddenly turns black, often accompanied by a crash and occasionally loud fan noise, though these events are infrequent. The crashes appear random, sometimes occurring during gameplay or while browsing the internet. Initially, I suspected a hardware fault, but I believe a driver problem might be responsible, as installing Windows updates or Nvidia drivers has triggered crashes multiple times daily. After a fresh installation of Windows, the crashes ceased for two weeks before resuming again.

Might want to mention what your temps are like for your CPU and GPU as well as including your ambient room air temps.
I did fresh reinstalling windows the crashes didn't happen 2 weeks and boom suddenly one fine morning it showed up again.
