and sometimes when I'm randomly using the PC both of my monitors turn off, the CPU temp suddenly increases, and all the fans start to spin very fast, but the PC keeps working because I can still hear the music playing on Spotify or the sounds of my game, and the image never come back until I restart the pc again. At first, I thought that it could be overheating since I allow my cat to lay on top of the case so he can heat himself, but I bet that's the case, because when I'm using it and he is there lying on the top of the case the temperature is normal, and some times it happens even without him there. When I first thought that could be overheating, I decided to dismount the entire PC and clean it with my air blower and I never had this problem for a while (there was a lot of dust, even fur from my cats, but not inside, because the filters from the case didn't allow it to get in). Do you guys have any idea what could it be? Because it's happening again, I left my house and left the PC turned on with a game turned on, and the monitor turned off by itself after a while, and when I moved the mouse to turn on the monitor again, like 10 seconds after the temperature suddenly increased and everything started to happen again.

Examine Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.
Both tools might be recording an error code, warning, or informational event prior to or during the issue.
Even without opening the case, there’s another reason to inspect it.
The purpose is to ensure all connections, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case parts are securely fastened.
Power down, unplug, then open the case.
Check visually and physically that every connection is firmly attachedβ€”loose connections can occur from expansion, contraction, or vibration.
Use a bright flashlight to look for damage signs: exposed conductors, bent wires, melting, discoloration, moisture traces, loose screws, cracks, or debris.
Anything out of place should be addressed.

I checked the monitor event viewer and found something; does this matter? I also overlooked that sometimes before the crash, the computer becomes extremely slowβ€”like when playing a game and the crash is imminent. The FPS drops dramatically, even though Windows seems okay. The game's FPS plummets, but I managed to prevent the crash by disconnecting the GPU's DisplayPort cable and reconnecting it. When I did that, the FPS returned to normal and the monitor stayed on. I guess if I had waited a bit longer without doing this, the monitor would have turned off, and right after the CPU temperature spiked, the fans would spin very fast to try and fix it.
