They shared a photo and mentioned the issue began in that way. I think it might be a monitor or hardware problem. Someone could help confirm if it’s related to the device starting unexpectedly.

Hi there! I noticed you made another post with a different problem but I believe both are about the same computer? If that is the case, could you elaborate on how/if these two issues are related. From what I can see, the computer boots fine but then blank-screens upon reaching the login screen. If this is the case, then I would suggest you backup any data from the drive that you need to another computer and do a clean install of Windows 11. As of late, Windows 10 and Windows 11 do not have an option to boot into Same Mode by pressing F7. Make sure to delete all partitions once you are installing Windows and try to boot the system with only the primary drive installed/connected to the computer. If you can, list out the components of the system so we can know what items we are dealing with and rule out potential offenders. I hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! Hey there, sorry for the delay. I don’t have the exact details since it’s not my machine. He discovered it was a program he installed, wasn’t comfortable with computers, accidentally deleted important files, then wiped his PC. Thanks for clarifying!
