I'm not sure what's going on. I've used various HDMI and DisplayPort cables, and everything seems up to date—Windows 11, graphics drivers, and monitor firmware. I've tried resetting the graphics driver a few times, but it only helps sometimes. It appears to work when the keyboard lights are on. If those lights blink on and off during startup, the monitor fails to show anything. When I get 116 volts at 3 amps, my multimeter confirms it, but restarting doesn't always solve the problem. Connecting another display usually works. HDR enabled causes the screen to go black. Using Adaptive Sync fixed it once, but now it's stable. I've cleaned the vents, fans, and boards, replaced the CMOS battery, and even reset my Windows login to boot directly, but nothing changes. I've attached DxDiag and Intel support tools for scanning, reset my OS, but the issues persist. I'm still unsure if these steps help or not. Do any of these details match what you're experiencing?
