I attempted to shut down my laptop, but clicking Update and Shutdown caused issues. After updating, the screen appeared outdated, resembling a 90s design. It would freeze or become blank if I didn’t move the mouse for a while, showing a washed-out image similar to 144p. The display shakes like disco lights were blinking in the background. Even after reinstalling drivers—generic PNP monitor and Radeon—I still faced problems. I switched to a basic Microsoft display adapter, but the issue persisted. Please assist me.
