Hello everyone, I’m here to share something that’s been bothering me. I bought a laptop four months ago, but recently I’ve noticed this issue starting again (about two months ago). I don’t understand what’s going on, so I’ve attached a video to explain. Whenever I switch tabs or use the laptop during games, sometimes a frame freezes in an app. It either pops up when I hover over it or moves the app itself—only when there’s a game running in the background does it work normally. Even with a game playing in the background or just watching videos, nothing changes. It seems like a part of the app isn’t refreshing until I interact with it. My laptop is a Predator Helios Neo 16 PHN16-72 with an i9-14900HX processor and RTX 4070 graphics. I’m hoping someone can help me figure out what’s happening! Video: video_2025-05-21_01-17-10.mp4
