Recently I’ve been facing problems while trying to play any games. The screen goes black on both monitors, and all connected devices shut down. The GPU fans aren’t spinning, the CPU is still running, but there’s a white debug light on my motherboard. When I try to manually turn it off by pressing the power button, nothing happens—so I need to switch off the PSU instead.

At first, the issue started only in one game, thinking it was a PSU problem and that my GPU wasn’t getting enough power. I limited the GPU’s power draw using MSI Afterburner to stay under 100W, which seemed to resolve the issue until my new PSU arrived. Now that I’ve replaced the PSU, the problem continues and has worsened. It occurs after loading any game for a few seconds, regardless of intensity, and happens even without actual gameplay—just reaching the main menu and pressing play.

Despite running benchmarks like Heaven and stress tests via OCCT, there’s no thermal throttling. I’ve made several changes: updated Windows, fixed corrupted files, re-seated the GPU and CPU. Here are my specs:
- CPU: Ryzen 7 5800x3D
- GPU: Radeon Rx 6800 XT
- Motherboard: MSI B450-A PRO
- RAM: 2x16 Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200
- PSU: 750W 80+Gold

Hello there! Here are the details you asked about:
PSU specifications: 750W 80+Gold
Model information: Please let me know the make and age of the unit.
Recent PSU upgrade: Yes, I replaced it.
Previous PSU: Could you share its make and model?
Optimization steps: Try DDU, clear all GPU drivers, then reinstall using the newest driver from AMD's site via an elevated command (Right click installer > Run as Administrator).
Motherboard BIOS version: What is it?

Thank you for the reply.
My PSU is brand new, with the brand GAMEMAX, and I wasn't familiar with it before. My previous PSU was a 550W Rosewill 80+ Bronze.
I've updated my drivers and BIOS to the latest versions, but that didn't resolve the issue. Should I still attempt DDU?

I first assumed nothing was appearing in Event Viewer, but it does contain some data. It’s unclear if this information is helpful.
The details for Event ID 41 from Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power are missing. This might mean the relevant component isn’t installed on your machine or the setup is damaged. You may need to install or fix that component locally.
If the event came from another device, the display data must have been saved with it.
The following details were attached to the event:

Additional steps i attempted:
Updated bios
Updated drivers
Performed several commands to check disk and file issues, such as sfc and dism
Removed all ram except one to determine if it was faulty
Executed tests on every component and stress tests without any crashes or issues
Ran driver verifier
