Monitor - LG 24GN65r board - Intel H410M Pro GPU, Galaxy 2060 Super, I3 10100 chipset. Began 3 days ago, occurring three times daily. Monitor is about six months old. Used IGUI with HDMI cable initially; during the third occurrence, same HDMI cable was used again, and this monitor came with it. I was concerned the CPU GPU might be functioning, but now with GPU issues too, I’m uncertain.

Hello. The main concern seems to be ESD, aside from any physical issues.

You're considering purchasing five DPI cables for testing. That's not a bad idea at all—DPI cables are useful for checking resolution and performance. Just make sure you buy them from a reliable source to avoid any issues.

I’ve begun experiencing the same issue with my LG 35WN65C-B. It turns black for just a brief moment before returning to normal. This occurs completely unpredictably. It’s been happening roughly over the past month. I’m using Windows 11 with full updates, and my LG driver is confirmed up to date. By the way, if my knowledge of ESD is accurate, this seems unlikely. The PC and monitor are both connected to a UPS, and there have been no voltage fluctuation warnings.

I purchased a low-cost 5 USD dp cable. The monitor came with an hdmi cable. Once I switched to the dp cable, the problem disappeared. Bandwidth didn’t seem to be the problem because the issue was likely related to igpu and possibly the cable degraded over time, which is unusual given it wasn’t used harshly.
