Occasionally while using my PC, especially during gaming sessions, the display freezes completely, audio stops working, and for things like Discord calls, it cuts out before returning to black. Once it seems to return to normal briefly, it then freezes again until I force a reset. What’s happening and how can I fix this?

This can serve as your storage solution. I faced a similar issue with my MSI GF63. In short, I swapped out my hard drive and the problem disappeared. I suggest using a drive diagnostic tool before making any changes.

It seems the problem appears only during intense gaming sessions, especially in Apex Legends. The audio stops working but others can still hear, and your monitor lags significantly. This suggests a possible GPU or power supply issue.

Press Windows + Shift + Control + B, then restart the GPU driver. If successful, use DDU to apply several older GPU driver versions.

I've encountered a more serious issue I needed to reallocate my RAM just to confirm it wasn't the cause. After restarting my GPU, it seems there are no available drivers, and it either displays identical information on both screens or boots up fully before seconds later turning completely black with no reaction to any key presses like Windows Shift Control B.

Additionally, only one of your monitors appears in the settings despite using the detection feature.

Swap out the GPU, but it seems like the power supply or GPU itself might be having problems. No additional details available, making it tough to determine.

I resolved the problem by removing all Radeon-related software and drivers, then reinstalling them. Now everything boots and functions properly except for the aura lights, nzxt cam, and GPU tweak which don’t display card details like temperatures, fan speed, or clock speed. Is there a known fix for this issue?
