D-die isn't ideal for overclocking. You should use B-die, especially for DDR4. I own a B-die and managed to achieve speeds like 14-14-14-28-42 at 3400Mhz, which allows reaching 3600 or 3800 at those settings, but my CPU isn't compatible.
