I recently upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 and I have had very few issues. However, the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon refuses to disappear for some reason. Whenever I click on it, it brings up the usual "Open Devices and Printers" link but below it, there is a non clickable button with the text "..." and nothing else. I know this is a minor problem, but I would appreciate it if someone could help me get it to behave like it normally should.
