I recently assembled a new PC with a 2TB Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus M.2 SSD. It has operated smoothly for three days now, but today it froze. After disconnecting it, turning it back on caused it to immediately enter BIOS. I've tried reinstalling the drive, updating the BIOS, and using a different port, yet nothing resolved the issue. Is there anything further you could attempt? Could the SSD be permanently failed? Should I request a refund via Amazon or Sabrent? Fortunately, the files on the drive were limited because it's still new, but it’s disappointing it isn’t functioning properly at all. Thanks!

Reach out to Sabrent to check their status—they likely have more insights than anyone else. It seems your vehicle is not running well, possibly due to a factory defect. For quicker resolution, consider going through Amazon instead, where refunds or replacements are typically processed faster.
