CPU is overheating, running at 12% age with a temperature of 71°C. The CPU package shows 82% usage. Water temperatures are at 40°C. Is the AIO cooler Crosair H150i still good after 5 months?

Turn off all fans and connect just the pump to the CPU or pump header. Pay attention to the pump's sound.

I'm testing my second AIO. Both would send pump RPM data to my motherboard or software. If it fails, it wouldn't report RPM. Neither of my AIOs made any noise—completely silent but working properly. (Using a budget Coolermaster 240mm and currently using a budget Deepcool 360.)
