Hello, your 7800x 3D is experiencing a drop to 4.5 GHz in Cinebench. Is this typical? I don't have any PBO settings enabled. Stock values usually range from 4.9 to 3.3 in games. The cores are showing fluctuations. Previously, with Intel and the Windows power plan set to high, the GHz remained stable and achieved a maximum score of 17,500 in Cinebench r23.

Everything seems to be fine. My 7800x3D reaches just over 18,000 points at stock settings and reaches 4.8GHz. But it's hard to achieve the same results because there are so many variables, including the rest of the hardware, room temperature, and the specific CPU. With different PBO max settings, I achieved 18,600 points, and that's only a 5% difference between your result at stock.If it's fine in games, there's nothing to worry about.

I achieved 18,600 points after several consecutive tests. Thanks for the help. I changed from 9700k to this processor and noticed a significant improvement in performance.
