I was looking for a CPU to upgrade my friend's computer, and I found that on Amazon and Newegg the Ryzen 5 2600 6C12T is currently 40% off. I bought one and thought it would be good. At the time, there were 14 hours left on Newegg. I don’t see a timer on Amazon, so I’m unsure how long it will last.

Note that the 1600 AF is actually the same chip, priced roughly $35 less.
