Also that gpu in the picture isn't the same as mine. Looks more like the Power Color fighter. This is the one I own: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/po...6600.b9267

Ensure your performance boost stays under 150w or 140w limits. Watch your thermal readings closely.

Power limit is 100w. It seems the increase only goes up to 110w with a 20% boost. Perhaps try setting it to 130w and 130A, then restart.

MSI reaches 120w, which made me assume everything was fine—turns out otherwise.

I left the +20% setting during testing, and it performed well at roughly 150-155w on the furmark 1080p preset, around 152fps. The increase in gain is noticeable—about 15fps compared to before—and the temperatures stayed near 63°C. Is this acceptable? Should I reduce it?

63c performs exceptionally well. Monitor junction and hotspot temperatures, as well as VRM and VRAM temps via GPU-Z. Consider testing with a more demanding game instead of Furmark.

Sure, I'll try time spy next. I'm ready to play some games. If it improves things, I've got a huge fan base. 3 fronts, 2 on the CPU, 2 in the top, 1 exhaust. GPU has 2, PSU is 1.
