I am experiencing choppy gameplay with frame rates typically in the 40s, 50s, and 60s, resulting in a very uneven experience. My GPU is an ASUS RTX 2060 Super, but I was temporarily using an Athlon 200 GE while updating my BIOS to accommodate a Ryzen 5. Despite this, I expected excellent FPS. Other videos show people achieving frame rates of over 100, all on medium settings. I have an ASUS B450-F motherboard, ASUS RTX 2060 Super, 16 GB RAM, and a 144 Hz monitor. Could you provide suggestions for why this is occurring?

The processor is undoubtedly the cause.

The CPU is at 100%. Replace it with a Ryzen processor, and your issue will resolve itself. The CPU’s performance is comparable to a Core 2 Duo, essentially unusable for that GPU.
