For two days, I’ve struggled with this application attempting to launch the Rockstar Launcher. I’ve reinstalled it approximately fifteen times without success.
I reached out to their technical assistance team and, following a seven-hour consultation, they instructed me to establish a fresh user profile on my computer, which then enabled successful installation and login.
When I attempt to install the launcher, the process completes normally; however, immediately after the launcher tries to connect with the social club (or when it initially opens), it freezes and becomes unresponsive.
