You're experiencing those 'computer-garbage' sounds during CPU spikes, especially when using the browser. It seems to happen only in web apps and not in games. The issue appears to be linked to your CPU fan curve settings after entering BIOS. Temperatures are normal, and the noise is brief—lasting about half a second with no crashes. It might be related to a recent GPU driver update. Could you check if your GPU drivers are up to date?

It originates from the computer itself, not from external speakers or headphones.

It seems like you're checking the speakers. I'll test them to confirm.

It looks like the more probable explanation. Sadly, this has been an issue with motherboard audio for about 40 years due to interference from other components. If it’s the case, you might try a PCIe or external soundcard to resolve it.
