I just got these 4-pin RGB strips, each 25 feet long. I was testing them by connecting the three pins to R, G, and B with a paper clip. Now the green lights aren’t working fully. Could it be that I accidentally shorted the green pad to the positive wire? I don’t have any schematics for RGB LEDs online. Help would be appreciated!

It seems like you were really frustrated when it stopped working. Good luck with the rest of it.

Paper clips are a bad idea. Those strips are made for specific voltages and you probably burnt some leds and/or resistors along the way. Is it a strip that can be cut ? You may try cutting some length and maybe you did only fry a few leds and the rest can still work. No guarantee.
