Hi, your brother is experiencing some unusual behavior with his NZXT H210i setup. The controller isn’t being recognized and the RGB lights flicker when the PC is idle. However, under load—like when running Furmark or a game—the lights stop flickering and sometimes the device works in NZXT CAM. You’ve tried several fixes: reinstalling NZXT CAM, fresh Windows installation, moving the controller to a different power rail (which seems fine since HDD and SSD are present), and using another RGB controller from his PC. It’s strange that it only stabilizes when the system is under stress. Could this point toward a power supply or motherboard issue?
