Hello, two days ago my RGB stopped working for the front fans and cooler. It functioned normally before but after a reboot it failed to turn on again. It operates with my RTX3070 graphics card, yet the coolant pump and fans don’t work. The fans spin but there’s no RGB display. When I power on the machine, the lights flicker briefly before going dark. In Gigabyte’s BIOS I changed RGB Fusion settings, but it still doesn’t detect the fans or pump any air. I can still tweak the fan speeds. So far I’ve tried: double-checking wires, cleaning dust, removing RGB Fusion, downloading Gigabyte Center, uninstalling games, clearing the PC, turning off and back on the computer, deleting Vanguard/Riot client and related titles, and updating all drivers. It’s odd how everything stops at once. I’m struggling and need advice. Thanks! Computer specs: attached a screenshot of HWinfo.

No, it is not a CyberPowerPC prebuilt.

I was looking for the latest BIOS updates for your board, but the Gigabytes site only lists revision 1.2 with FB as the only available bios. Your board seems to be an older version, or the HWInfo data might be incorrect. I recalled that custom boards for builders like CyberPowerPC exist, so I searched further. There’s a newer version F4b available on CyberPowerPC’s site, which is significantly more recent. Consider updating it.

Sorry, it seems the last part was confusing. Are you asking if I should update my BIOS? What does it mean to flash it? Thanks for clarifying—I’m really struggling with this.
