So do I really need to upgrade the motherboard? It should work just fine with the old one when it comes to using Unreal. I just need to confirm that UE is utilizing everything properly, which would make building scenes much smoother.

I placed this order a couple of hours ago because I got $60 off it.

Yes, you won't see the distinction between PCIe 4 and 5 unless your application demands more VRAM than the card provides.
