So every time I launch Resident Evil 4 on Steam, the game refuses to start. The music is still playing and the program is clearly running in the background. I've tried all the steps that were posted here: setting my monitor down to 60hz or 59hz (even though it was set to 75hz) - using the CRU app - trying compatibility mode for RE4 and running as admin - making both Steam and RE4 run as admin - using Special K method. It is way too much time just wasting it away. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5800x, 5700xt GPU, 32GB RAM, Windows 10 64-bit, set to 75hz display, 1920x1080 monitor. Does anyone have other solutions they can offer me?

Thank you, but I've already tested that link before. I'll give it another shot though.

It turned out to be a graphics driver problem. Once I updated the graphics driver to its newest version, I can finally start playing the game.
