I just got a fixer upper pc with a Reservoir with a light in the middle it has a leak where they're supposed to be threads can the threads be fixed with plumbers tape i want to know what the light in the reservoir is and if i should use it i am pretty new to this but ill post a link to the pictures

Use the standard plug for G1/4" thread. The lamp contains an LED inside a compact tube. Make sure you understand how to install custom PC water cooling to avoid damaging your components. Don't rely on Google Translate—ask a friend who speaks good English.

I don't understand that light, but for thread repair it's preferable to use Teflon paste on hydraulic fittings.

I completed it using Teflon tape and shoe glue, everything functioned perfectly
