Off." I've looked it up, but all fixes tried either didn't work or were already applied. It's frustrating since I'm using an i5-13600k with specific settings and RAM specs. The system runs smoothly without high CPU usage, but the recording stops unexpectedly. Could be a third-party interference or a driver update issue? The 30FPS video works well for watching. It isn't suited for gaming since the environment is complex and varied, leading to performance drops.

Performance drops didn't occur before; they only appeared now. Tried setting it at 30 but no changes were made.

AMD drivers seem to have issues in China from the start. For instance, my HDMI Link Assurance is off even though I enable it, and this happens on a fresh installation. The notification part isn’t a big deal—don’t mess with a stable system.
