The rechargeable mouse ceased functioning.
Hi,
My JLAB rechargeable mouse stopped functioning after several months of regular use.

It was a great mouse because it had a quiet click and silent wheel. Now it’s not working at all.
I only used it on the top pairing selection (the green LED)...but there are two other blue LED pairing options...could it still work if I try to enable Bluetooth on my laptop?
I use Windows 11 with a Huawei Matebook D.
The green charging LED appears when the USB 2 charger is connected, but the mouse doesn’t function.
I can see the red LED flickering during pairing, but it still doesn’t work.
It seems there’s no way to replace the rechargeable batteries...the case isn’t open.
