The ready-made computer keeps failing to power up frequently.
She has a preinstalled system (thanks to the RTX 3080 and four-core CPU during the shortage) – it's an ABS Gladiator (still available) and comes with a Cooler Master ML240. It's an Asus Z490-Prime 10700k with AIO. Observations show this setup behaves oddly. When the power button is pressed, the machine powers on and flashes its RGB lights before shutting down. This isn't unusual if the PS fails or the BIOS battery is dead. It bothers me. If you cut power to the PS (via the back switch or unplugging), restart the PS power supply, then try booting the PC again. Eventually it works normally. Once running, it stays on consistently, including entering sleep cycles for days. If you completely cut power and then restart, it resumes functioning. Attempts: Jumping the motherboard via PWR pin caused the same problem. Re-seating RAM didn't help much—it had to reset itself. Removing the graphics card didn't resolve the issue. Testing with a different PS or swapping RAM didn’t help. I suspect the motherboard is preparing for a restart. Any ideas? Looking forward to your thoughts.

PCs from PSU and gigabyte are often seen as unreliable brands, known for issues like explosions. Even if they aren't currently breaking, I wouldn't rely on them. PCs should not be fixed by yourself.
The PC was acquired back in January 2021. That's all I need to know. The warranty from last year won't apply. If it's the PS model, I'll replace it. I have an EVGA G5 available.
Consider repositioning the power cables to determine if it resolves the problem.
