On Friday I got my RAM sticks inside a large folder wrapped in bubble wrap. When I opened it, I found the RAM out and noticed water on the transparent plastic packaging. On the back, there was moisture between the plastic and paper. They told me they’d inspect them and asked if the performance would be the same even if they worked. Will they still last as long as usual?

If it's water? Sure, they'll be fine. Unless there is something in the water that leaves a residue... but just water? Most likely fine. Fine enough to not send them back? No, send them back. Water in products is dumb and unacceptable.
