I usually swap out my RAM in the PC but it still won’t boot and keeps restarting. I switched to an older model and the issue remains. I attempted to use BIOS settings, but that didn’t help. Anyone have any advice? Your specs are: ASRock Rx 6600 CPU, Ryzen 4600G, motherboard ASRock B450M PRO4, RAM type LEXAR Thor DDR4 8x2 16GB at 3200MHz, new g.skill Ripjaws V, and a 32GB 16x2 3200MHz module. Power supply is ASUS TUF GAMING 750W 80 Plus Gold ATX.

Have you attempted to reset the BIOS by taking out the CMOS battery?

Often such issues stem from outdated EXPO/XMP settings attempting to use the new RAM, which doesn't support them.

Sure, I'll give it a shot. I'm sure I haven't caused any issues since I'm not an expert with PCs.

Everyone starts out as a beginner, and I’m pretty certain nothing is broken.

It seems everything is working properly now. Have you tried resetting the BIOS again, or is there still something unresolved?

Sorry, I don’t have a lot of time at the moment. I’ll finish it later. I’ll let you know once I’m done.
