XMP acts as an overclock, so it should handle everything automatically. If you need to tweak certain parameters manually, locate the memory speed setting and set it to 3200. Verify the voltage is at 1.350 (it should be listed somewhere), then apply those changes. Don’t alter settings without understanding their purpose, but those particular ones are usually straightforward to locate and modify. Also, using keyboard arrow keys in BIOS is much simpler than using a mouse.
