I’m struggling to get the RGB setup right on my PC. After initial setup with Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2, the RAM LEDs either stay off or show a default pattern. Once I restart, the color display disappears entirely in Fusion and doesn’t appear in Gigabyte EasyTune. In BIOS it still shows capacity, but the colors are limited to one option from G.Skill. OpenRGB changes the LEDs but conflicts with other software, causing inconsistent colors—some fans come from iCUE, others from OpenRGB. When I try removing and reinstalling the RGB tools, it sometimes works, but everything resets when I power off or restart. This is the second build; only one uses 4×16GB DIMMs while the other has 2×16GB. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, running everything as admin, changing RAM voltage, clearing CMOS, and using OpenRGB. Still, the issue persists. I’m hoping for guidance so I can finalize this build quickly.

I'm facing the same problem as you. The only fix I've tried was shutting down the PC and turning off the power supply, which is really inconvenient since it forces a full shutdown each time. A simple restart doesn't solve the issue. Do you have any other ideas?

RGB seems to be an issue unless all components come from the same supplier... though Corsair's tools might help. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed right now after dealing with Aura.

This mostly points to a motherboard problem plus some questionable software. What I know is you need the Gskill RGB tool, but it might not work well with other RGB programs at all. You also need a fully supported motherboard. The file 20221112_011528.mp4 functions reliably for me—especially after switching to a new MSI board—and you can set it to start automatically. Just thinking about rainbow output is a lot to take in, so I get it! : D
