Could you investigate the NVIDIA settings? Ensure that R6S is set to high performance within them. Additionally, verify your power setting is configured for “high performance.” Finally, attempt to close all running background applications – this might resolve the problem.

However, with only 8 gigabytes installed, it likely won’t significantly impact performance – even demanding games will struggle. Your limited memory is probably being consumed rapidly by 'standby memory,' indicated by a low bar in dark blue. There are solutions to improve this, but adding another 8 gigabytes would be the most straightforward solution. Sixteen gigabytes is now considered essential, disregard any memory recommendations provided by game manufacturers regarding system requirements.
