I believe the Radeon software isn't functioning properly. The Radeon chill option doesn't cap my FPS to conserve battery power. The afterburner indicates I'm achieving 58-61 FPS, yet I've set a limit of 30 FPS. Additionally, dynamic resolution isn't working either. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't anticipate an automatic save. Your modification might remain pending until the next shutdown, after which it could disappear.

Check if hardware acceleration is enabled.

Try switching it on or off to see if it affects performance. Avoid making any Registry changes.
Search for related guides or tutorials that might suit your device and setup better.

Update your update to feature complete hardware specifications and operating system details.
PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.
Which titles are currently in use?
Have you attempted a fresh installation of the Radeon software?
Make sure you confirm with "Save", "Ok", or "Yes" to apply any adjustments made to the Radeon system.

I made the changes to the post. The interface doesn't have the Save, Ok or Yes options; it saves automatically. Any ideas?
