Hello,

I am using Windows 10.
Additionally, I’m part of an online racing league that meets on Mondays and Wednesdays, utilizing NASCAR Racing 2003.
For the last two weeks, I’ve encountered a peculiar problem: at precisely 8:56 PM, my game will display a black screen for a brief moment before returning to my desktop. I can typically re-enter the game by clicking its icon in the taskbar, though this is incredibly irritating. It appears to only occur when playing this specific game.

I initially suspected that installing iRacing recently, with its client still active, might be the cause.
I’ve attempted using ‘enditall’, a program designed to shut down all running applications in the background, and disabled my firewall and notifications.
The consistent timing of this issue suggests that my computer might be attempting to execute a hidden process at that particular time each day.
When monitoring the task manager, numerous processes are active in the background, but it’s unclear which ones could be responsible.
I’ve exhausted my troubleshooting efforts and am seeking advice, as I’m at a loss for solutions.

Could you advise me on where to investigate this and what I should be examining?

I’ve examined both of these and nothing indicates an attempt to execute at 20:56, except perhaps if the problematic program has re-initiated since then. However, whatever is generating this problem seems configured to activate at that specific time, interesting.
