Windows 10, SCUF Vantage 2 controller, PS4 controller
Windows recognizes my controller and permits use, but after a short time it stops functioning. I've tested all USB ports on my PC, used two different cables, and it works fine on my PS4 with the same cables. When I hold a button or move the stick in any direction, the input keeps working even when I can't do anything else. If I push the stick to the side, characters in the game spin or walk in that direction until I unplug and plug it back in.
The problem started during a Warzone session, the controller disconnected mid-game but reconnected afterward. I've used these controllers and cables for years without any issues.
Tried DS4 Windows too, but the same issue occurred—DS4 detected the controller was still plugged in yet it didn't work.
Also found that my computer won't shut down until the controller is removed.

Hello there! Could you share the make and model of your motherboard along with its BIOS version? Also, which version of Windows 10 are you currently using? It might help to check if reinstalling your chipset or USB drivers could ease the problem.
