System Specs:
Mobo: MSI Pro B650M-A
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x
GPU: RX 6800
RAM: 32GB (2x16GB)
Connected to Monitor via DisplayPort Cable.
My PC operated normally this morning. After turning it off for a short time, I restarted it and it functioned properly until the lock screen appeared. The display would flicker and then disconnect from the GPU. At this stage, the fans ceased spinning, though the rest of the system remained operational.
Booting in safe mode resolved the issue, allowing me to bypass the lock screen. It also functioned correctly in the BIOS.
After exiting safe mode and reinstalling Windows, the PC successfully passed the lock screen and logged in. However, the screen would repeatedly flicker and lose connection afterward.
I have verified all physical connections to the GPU, but remain uncertain about the root cause.
Using a HDMI cable to connect the PC to the monitor works without issues, though it prevents using two monitors simultaneously.
Please let me know if anyone can assist.

What is the PSU's make and model? If you can access BIOS, is it possible to stay there without interruptions?

My PSU is a Kolink Enclave 700W 80 Plus Gold. I can enter the BIOS and remain connected to my monitor without losing the connection.
