AMD 7 9800X3D processor

Every driver is set
Deepcool Mystique 360 cooling
Post-three restarts, temperature reaches 39°C
Following three restarts, the chip reaches a temperature of 39°C
I have thermometers set to Calibrated in Centigrade, Fahrenheit and Reaumur.
If the processor operates at 39 degrees Fahrenheit, it's just above freezing. At 39 degrees Centigrade, it's near blood temperature—neither of these readings is critical.
When the temperature reaches 95 Centigrade as mentioned in the title, ensure the cooler is properly connected to the CPU IHS, verify the pump is active if it's an AIO, and confirm you haven't removed the protective plastic film covering the cooler base.
The temperature of the room where the PC is situated remains unchanged, but its warmth can be assessed by observing the surrounding conditions.
