Oh wow, I’m not very familiar with these topics. But yes, it was really cheap and I didn’t give it much thought because I had no prior knowledge—I mostly followed the salespeople’s advice about the Kstar UPS. One thing that’s unclear is whether the UPS itself is causing the problems; why don’t my other PCs show these issues when connected to this Kstar UPS? But one thing is certain: the UPS makes clicking sounds, and these seem to trigger the peripheral malfunctions. The problems usually happen right after that click sound, which I think is due to the switching in the UPS and the very short transfer time of 4-8ms. Could you check if this UPS is suitable for my setup?

A brief check of the details shows it's a significantly better unit compared to the Kstar. If the output is truly a pure sine wave, it would be much more compatible with computers. Some ATX power supplies perform poorly with square waves instead. The only safe way to confirm it produces a genuine sine wave and not a stepped or quasi-sine approximation is by using an oscilloscope across the output. This method is risky and could damage your equipment if you're not experienced. Look for a review later when you have more time.
I used my friend's MaxGreen MGOE W1Ks Online UPS with zero transfer delay and pure sinewave output during voltage changes, and I didn't see any problems with my peripherals. Compared to my Kstar 1500va offline UPS, which had a 4-8ms transfer time with simulated sine wave, the MaxGreen model performed much better. I'm still unsure about the exact reason for these issues, but using MaxGreen seems to have resolved them completely.
I plan to purchase a new Online UPS with zero transfer time and pure sinewave.
