MBD: B550M Auros Elite (with newest drivers via the Gigabyte App Center)
CPU: Ryzen 5700G (with latest drivers through the Gigabyte App Center)
GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 6700 XT (used)
PSU: Corsair CX650M (used)
Display: Dell 60hz DP cable (only one available)
RAM: 1 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz (slot 3 on MB)
OS: Windows 10 (latest)
This PC has been in my hands for over a year, and everything functioned perfectly from the beginning. I played numerous AAA and AA games, used DaVinci Resolve rendering, and there were no problems. I upgraded the RAM speed to 29.33 and enabled over 4G. There have never been any CPU or GPU underclocking attempts.
The GPU software is running at its latest adrenaline version, while the power consumption was mostly between 30-60W for the CPU and 30-80W for the GPU.
CPU temperatures ranged from 40 to 67°C (75 or 77 at full load), and GPU temperatures stayed between 40-66°C during summer.
Recently, about two days ago, while playing a game called "Once Human," the PC froze abruptly, causing a crash with a noticeable freeze sound. The display went black, then the system restarted. The PC was running but failed to start; lights and fans were active.
I unplugged and plugged it back in, and after a short time the PC powered on. It took about a minute for the display to appear before the GPU software froze again, resulting in another crash with no display. After rebooting, I restarted the system, but the issue persisted.
Last week, I removed everything (including the CMOS battery), cleaned it thoroughly, and reinstalled it. The PC functioned normally, I updated the GPU to the latest drivers, performed a factory reset during installation, and restarted it. After about two hours of playtime, the problem resolved completely.
Today, when I turned on the PC and started the game, after five minutes the system froze or crashed again, losing the display. The PC rebooted but never turned on. I suspect the DP cable or ports on either GPU or display are faulty, as the PC would still run but the display would go black. However, fans and lights remained active.
This has never happened before; it started just two days ago. There were no signs of GPU failure or distortion in the display. I’m confused about what might be wrong and need assistance.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
PSU: Corsair CV650
What's the age of your PSU? Even if it's brand new, it wouldn't be a good choice for a build with a discrete GPU.
MBD: B550M Auros Elite
Do you know the BIOS version for your motherboard right now?
You didn't mention the make and model of your case. If you're constantly having to take out parts and rebuild, it might be a grounding problem—your physical connections could be discharging static. Try using another wall outlet.
Can you stay in BIOS forever?

Hi, thank you for the details. The PSU I have is Corsair CX650M, it's used, and the box shows 2021. I previously had a Red Dragon 550W new one but had to replace it when I got the card. I can check the BIOS there. I plan to try Win 11 and see if that helps. The BIOS version is updated via the Gigabyte app Center, around version 17. Something. My setup is Thunder e trooper et-9.
