I purchased a new PSU with higher wattage to check if my PSU was the issue, but it doesn’t seem like that. My old PSU had been working well for a long time, so I don’t think it’s a PSU problem. Could the GPU be the cause?

Are you linking the monitor to the graphics card instead of the motherboard?
Thermaltake 650w uses an old PSU that's inexpensive, a Gigabyte 550w model.
Rx 6650 xt is connected to it, and the R 5 3600 is running.
Testing showed it was linked to the GPU.
