Hi guys,
My CPU has been running at this speed for a while and I'm unsure how to fix it. I've checked all the usual fixes, but none of them seem to work.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Why are you using NZXT's CAM? Are you working with an NZXT prebuilt?
I've looked at all the common solutions, in which not a single one of these work.
Might want to mention what you've done prior to the creation of this thread.
Hi, the issue is that it remains stuck at 1550mhz even under full load, leading to lag in every game.
Motherboard : B350-F ROG STRIX
CPU : Ryzen 5 1600
CPU cooler : stock
GPU : 3060 Ti
RAM: CORSAIR 4 x 4GB
SSD : 512GB SAMSUNG
PSU :
Case : NZXT
OS : Windows 10
Monitor : MSI 27" + LG 27"
I’m only using nzxt cam to be certain, as the task manager confirms the same, so I sought a second view.
Common fixes I attempted:
- Adjusting performance settings in win10
- Using ryzen master to modify CPU clock speed
- Modifying CPU settings in BIOS
The only time the system runs at stock frequency (3500mhz) is after changing BIOS settings, booting Windows 10, resetting to defaults, and repeating this 2-4 times, which seems to resolve the issue.
