BIOS Hard Reset procedure
Turn off the device, disconnect the power supply and detach the PSU cable from the wall or power source.
Take out the motherboard's CMOS battery for roughly three to five minutes. In certain scenarios, removing the graphics card might be needed to access the CMOS battery.
While the battery is removed, keep pressing the case power button continuously for 15-30 seconds to drain any remaining charge in the CMOS circuit. Once the five minutes are complete, reinsert the CMOS battery, making sure it's oriented correctly as it was removed.
If you had to remove the graphics card, you can reinstall it now, but be sure to reconnect any power cables and your display cable as well.

and updated my BIOS via that link. Updated BIOS. Then navigated to the drivers page and downloaded the Intel chipset along with the on-board audio Realtek. Restarted after each step.
Last night, after reading your comment, I reset the BIOS by disconnecting the GPU and battery for the time period you mentioned. The feedback sound remains. Also, thank you for informing me about using HDMI—it was the path I needed to follow to reach the BIOS.
