I recently received a HyperX DuoCast USB Microphone but faced issues during setup. My friends informed me the microphone was too quiet. Adjusting the volume didn’t help, as the level slider remains stuck at 0 dB in the control panel while Windows settings show it at 100. Using the test feature in Windows only produced 1-5% volume even when shouting. I’ve tried everything—updating drivers, using quick assist with a Microsoft agent, and installing a fresh Windows OS. Nothing works to adjust the mic volume. I’ve shared my problem on various subreddits without finding solutions. Can anyone assist?

This microphone?
https://hyperx.com/products/hyperx-duoca...7052703901
Have any drivers been installed?
Can you try testing the microphone on different systems or devices?
Do other microphones perform well?
Where did this microphone come from?
Are adapters or splitters being used?
