The PSU passed the service test yet failed in your build?
I purchased a power supply about two weeks ago. Initially, the PC wouldn’t start after installation. I took it to a nearby service center, which found it defective. I then filed a warranty claim. Their final message was: “No defects found. The PSU is functional. It’s important to consider the peak currents of the PC components and the power grid parameters. The PSU protections will activate if these limits are surpassed.”
When I reassembled the system on the motherboard for testing, everything started working properly. However, after installing it in the case at the service center, the PSU failed to operate. They tested with another PSU, and the system started without issues.

Acquired recently, roughly two weeks prior, from a nearby computer parts shop (official distributor in my area).
AC cable -> wall outlet, PSU switch ON.
Press case power button -> no POST. Either nothing spins, power only on GPU (lights red LED).
Bypassing the case switch (shorting PWR_SW pins on the motherboard) -> same result.
No beeps; no successful POST. No response on the motherboard, no diodes lit up.
Power cycling the PSU (OFF->ON) repeats the same behavior.
Outside the case (open bench)

Why does it enter protective mode? How can this be resolved? PSU
