Thanks for your reply. The PSU is a Corsair RM850x, the GPU is an Aorus Master 6900XT, and you're using 2 Kingston KF560C32RS-16 sticks of RAM. You tried Prime95 but faced a fatal error, so you're planning to update the BIOS for better stability. (You didn't overclock or enable PBO.)
Is this a prebuild? I’d consider using Mentest86 to check the RAM. It might also point to a CPU that isn’t properly seated or is defective.
It wasn't pre-made, I created it myself. I've worked on several builds before, but this was my first on AM5—maybe I made a mistake. The CPU installation felt similar to Intel LGA.
