This problem has been ongoing for several months, and I'm trying to understand the root cause. Your request for assistance is appreciated. Almost every action you take—using basic Firefox—keeps your CPU at full capacity. This leads to difficulty playing even simple games, let alone complex titles like Cyberpunk. While people with an Intel 2400 can run Cyberpunk smoothly at low settings, something is clearly off with your system. The situation worsens because you're unable to play any games at all. Here are your PC specifications:

- CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-3470 @ 3.20GHz
- Speed: 3193 MHz
- OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
- Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
- RAM: 16 GB (16338 Mb DDR3)

Please help me diagnose and fix this issue. Upgrading your PC is an option, but I'm on a tight budget right now.

I just put in a new SSD and am seeing 40 FPS in Cyberpunk with high settings. Impressive! Who can help me figure out which apps are slowing things down? Appreciate it.
