I recently had to replace the motherboard on my Inspiron 3477 because the old one stopped working. After installing a new board with identical specifications, I noticed the CPU fan spun very loudly—almost like it was taking off from an airport. It would spin rapidly for a few seconds, then slow down significantly, and then restart again as long as the system was running. I performed all possible hardware diagnostics, stress tests, and checks, but everything came back normal with no signs of hardware failure. I even replaced the heatsink, assuming it might be the problem, but nothing changed. The case is spotless, vents are clear, and the fan looks brand new. I’m running out of ideas about what’s causing this issue. Any suggestions?
